2. I would upgrade the monitor to a Dell 19″ widescreen flat panel LCD monitor. I also found a monitor on sale at bestbuy.com for $119.99.
3. Upgrade the memory to PNY-1GB Notebook Memory. Also available at bestbuy.com for $34.99. She could also upgrade to a service pack 3 for free.
